Kalimpong

The hill station of Kalimpong in the state of West Bengal, India is a lovely place well known for its nice weather, mountain vistas and historic background. At about 1,250 meters (4,100 feet) above sea level, it serves as a peaceful escape from the busy city life.

Lava

Lava is a tiny hamlet that lies around 34 kilometers from Kalimpong. It is situated at an altitude of 2,200 meters (7,200 feet) amidst the Eastern Himalayas and is appreciated for its untouched splendor, moderate temperature, and thick woods.
